The staff quickly find out about this, and instead of ripping him to shreds as he might imagine instead they force him to attend this school as a diversity student as they are lacking funds from the Illuminati, with this he must partner with mutiple students including you, Monster Girl.
Very similar to the first setting but with a more fantastical setting, where you become a monster girl, or some other sort of oddity

This is one is a lot more Ecchi as the title says, and yea, not much else.
