It is Johnny (you choose the girl name)

The mother was the first to speak up "GOOD GOSH, JOHNNY WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU?!" She exclaimed with a heavy shocked voice. It took a split moment for Johnny to look down and notice his new figure especially his huge breasts. This caused him to spit out the orange juice in both shock and surprise.

Johnny: WHAT THEY HECK HAPPENED TO ME?!

*Johnny was still in shock but not as much as the rest of the family, though the parents then turned to the twin geniuses who looked rather concerned*

Susan: We didn't do anything to johnny! ... this time.

Mary: Unless... Susan, you think the old experiment still worked even after all this time?

Susan: *ponders a moment* Perhaps the Hotty body flakes had a 3rd stage but it must of been dormant until now?

Lila: Well you better find a way to fix this!

Hugh: You're gonna be grounded for-! ... 2 lives!

*The family then turned back to Johnny who taken aback as they watched Johnny feeling and jiggling his/her huge breasts, Lila just faced palmed with a hint of jealousy while Hugh just stared at his once son now daughter playing with her tits, this caused him to become aroused as long bulge grew in his pants*

Johnny: I want to be called Jenny now.

Lila: Joh- I mean Jenny, stop playing with your breasts and cover them up!
