Oh boy... this'll be a doozy and a half. Ok, let's start off with the ones in the Smash Bros roster, then do specific game choice. Luckily, some characters show up in multiple games, so it may be easier to narrow it down. And it's only fair to warn you, aside from some tidbits of the ones in Smash Bros, I know absolutely nothing about the characters in this series. Going purely off the wiki and their physical appearance.
After seeing all the options, this route has more ladies to choose from than DC and Marvel combined. In fact, I think there's TOO many. But regardless, every single one of these ladies deserves a chance.
Also, as a side note, at first I did it as just character options and listing the game in the chapter title, instead of listing the individual titles as options first, which literally took up days of my time. Wound up with a total of 73 chapters after these choices. By the time you read this, that will no longer be the case.
