Total Drama Island: On one of the many crazy contests the teams must go through there is one designed specially to the females that involves passing through some sort of mysterious transformation machine. For some girls this makes minor transformations like adding a tattoo or changing the color of their hair, but for one or more contestants the changes are more pronounced, with the shrinking and body expansion to a different degrees. The changes are permanent, at least for as long as the contestant remains in the competition and as such, they must deal with their new figures while the reality show progresses.
Teen titans: The titans fight a new strange enemy that seems easy to beat, the only problematic thing is how one female titan is thrown a weird and sticky substance before the villain gets defeated. At first the affected hero thinks a quick shower turns the whole episode into a bit of a gross memory until she starts to notice certain changes to her body that affect how the titan can do her work as a superhero and even how others treat her in the future.
Rick and Morty: One of the many inventions backfires or falls in the wrong hands and either affects one of the protagonists transforming her body into that of a shortstack or creates an epidemic that seems to affect part of the adult women population, who now must deal with what the world thinks about their reduced stature and body expansion once the epidemic is stopped and the protagonists discover they cannot reverse the changes made or just forget about it as they go to the next adventure
South Park: A new fad has swept the town thanks to a famous personality appearing as a shortstack so the women in town try to do their best to modify their appearances and achieve what is perceived as the new ideal look, going from falling into scam methods that only manage to give part of the transformation to a way to get a very similar appearance. Those that managed to transform their bodies enjoy the benefits of their change, until the fad passes over and now they're stuck with their shortstack bodies
