Alex couldn't believe this. He knew that Sydney was a very busy woman, taking care of all her properties and always thirsting for more, but why would she "hire" him? She always demonstrated that she despised him (and white people in general), always being rude and mean to the boy. He thought, "There is no way she just needs an assistant, she is up to something...", but, in the end, there wasn't much he could do about it...
"Oh my god! Alex, this is wonderful! Working with Sydney you are gonna learn so much! I knew she would see some talent in you!" Said Jada, hugging the boy.
"Yeah..." Sydney said, placing her dark hand on the white boy's chin, "I saw some talent on him..."

Alex sat at his desk, outside Sydney's office. It was his first day and he arrived 20 minutes early, scared of getting the woman more grumpy than she normally was. He only saw her for a couple of seconds today, when she arrived and told him to sit at his desk and wait for her call.
After some minutes, the telephone rang and he quickly, but clumsy, picked it up. He soon heard his boss's voice and she told him too...
