In The Village's Beer Hall

"I don't know about this." Claudette says, looking dubious at the small vial in her hand.

"Trust me, it's going to work." Paulette answers. "Besides, Collette has already drunk hers."

With a start, you look down and see your hand is holding an empty vial.

"Anyway, the gypsy woman promised it would make us irresistible." Laurette adds. "So people won't be going on and on about Belle all the time." With a nod, the three other women down their vials before you have the presence of mind to try to stop them.

Your name is Collette Fields, and you have no idea how you got where you currently are.

Back in the real world, you're a twenty year old drama and music major, who earns spending money by babysitting the kids of your parents' friends.

You had just put the kids to sleep and were rewatching the 1991 original version of Beauty and the Beast. You love the movie since you have a connection to it. When your university put on the music, you played one of the "Bimbettes." Since you're blonde, busty and beautiful, it wasn't a stretch.

You must have fallen asleep and are now dreaming. That's the only explanation you can think of. Because now you're dreaming that you're in the world of Beauty and the Beast.

Not only are you in that world, you have specific memories about that world. For example, the "bimbettes" are no longer triplets. They're quadruplets, and you're the fourth sister. And after the recent drama of Belle turning down Gaston's marriage proposal, your other sisters are obsessed with becoming more attractive in Gaston's eyes. They've even talked about perhaps being willing to give up their virtue to Gaston outside of matrimony.

Apparently, you've suggested they consider other young men in the village. At least this dream you doesn't like Gaston anymore than the real you does. Good to know.

And it seems the "bimbettes" aren't the harlots the internet trolls always make them out to be. Also good to know.

Your introspection about the social dynamics of Beauty and the Beast comes to an abrupt end when you suddenly feel a little strange.

Then it happens. One minute you and your sisters are full size. The next, you're all six inches tall.

And your clothing didn't shrink down with you.

Your mind was already blown when you found yourself in the Beauty and the Beast World. It's completely fried now that you're nude and only half a foot tall.

Maybe it's a good thing the beer hall is closed for the night, and won't be open until tomorrow evening. So it's just you and your sisters.

Or maybe that's a bad thing. Time will tell, you guess.

Your sisters climb out of there clothes and are immediately chattering. They're freaked out, but not to the extent you are. But they live in a world of magic, so transformations must always be a distinct possibility.

You listen as they decided what the four of you should do. Finally, they suggest that the four of you
