Casey and Amanda are a pair of twins, but they are fraternal twins. They bear some resemblance, but their features differ by about fifty percent. If you observe carefully, you'll notice that even their skin tones are slightly different. Kathy has a more bronzed skin tone compared to Amanda.
Of course, there's no need to compare them deliberately because they are always together. In the early stages of development, their embryonic bodies absorbed each other, resulting in an equal and opposing force. They didn't develop into separate conjoined bodies but became a two-headed entity instead. This medical case has sparked great interest among doctors.
Amanda, with long hair, woke up first in bed, with her head on the right side, while Casey, with short hair, was still snoring on the left side.
For them, this was a typical morning. Amanda took control of their body, got up, and walked into the bathroom.
The only difference between their bodies and those of normal people is the presence of half a spinal column and an extra head. Their spines fuse together at the waist. In fact, from the belly button downward, they appear almost like a normal woman, except for one thing: they have four ovaries.
Above the belly button, closer to the head, the difference in skin color becomes more apparent, indicating that they are a conjoined twin entity.
They share almost the entire body, including sensations and control. However, each of them has higher control over the corresponding upper arm on their own side. Currently, Casey is still sound asleep, so Amanda took charge of Casey's left hand.
This body structure allows them to control their body with minimal effort. They only need to learn how to give their advantageous hand to their sister when necessary, like driving a car.
Amanda took off their shared bra and underwear and stood in front of the specially designed full-length mirror in the bathroom.

Last week, after Amanda fell asleep, Casey signed a contract with a medical institution at 2 am. They were required to record the shared state of their body three times a day for the next year. The form was very detailed, even including their shared external genitalia...
Clearly, Casey perfectly imitated Amanda's handwriting and signed both names on the contract.

Then Daniel noticed the other head, Casey, sleeping on his wife's body.
"After we fell asleep last night, did Casey secretly stay up late again?" Daniel said angrily, "You need to control your 'other half.' It's not good for our future children!"
Amanda shrugged helplessly and bid farewell to Daniel.
"Oh, by the way, Casey might be attending a rock party with Avery tonight, you know..."
Daniel, standing at the doorway, heard Amanda's words and rubbed his forehead in frustration. "Fine, but you must be home by eleven, and you're not allowed to drink! I hate the smell of alcohol on your breath!"
