There is only one race of hominids on the planet that are as big as the Raptha, and that’s the trolls who dwell in the northern regions of the Nordic countries. There is a theory that the Raptha and the trolls are related. There may be some truth to this theory, since the Raptha look like attractive Scandinavian humans. There are even legends among the Raptha with them fleeing their “cursed brothers.” But if there was a “curse” that deformed the trolls and not the Raptha in the distant past, specific knowledge of the curse and the subsequent migration of the Raptha has been lost to time.
On the far side of the world, the authorities are more concerned with keeping the trolls on their reservation, protecting innocent civilians from them. With the Raptha, the opposite is true. The authorities and NGOs like yours are dedicated to keeping humans off the Raptha reservation.
