The great captain Ginyu had been suffering through humiliation for far, far too long. Years ago, he had been forced to changed bodies with a frog on planet Namek, and then hide out of earth. Being stuck as a frog on this miserable planet was far too much for to bare.
Unfortunately, the captain couldn't do anything about it. Without vocal cords to activate his technique, he would be stuck as a frog forever. He couldn't even rely on anyone else to wish him out of this body, the entire Ginyu Force was dead and lord Frieza along with them. He would need to solve this himself.
And solve it he did, when he was on Namek that Bulma lady had invented a device which allowed him to speak as a frog. While Ginyu was no scientist, he was there when Bulma built it piece by piece, and he had a perfect memory of the moment.
So for the past few years, Ginyu had been using his frog body to sneak into Capsule Corporation and steal components he would need to build the device bit by bit. It took an excruciating long amount of time and actually putting it together with these frog arms was near impossible, but he succeeded. He finally had a way of speaking again.
Now the question was, what would he do now? Under any other circumstances he would try swapping bodies with the strongest person around and destroy his enemies. However he learned the hard way on Namek that he had no idea how to truly control a saiyan's power. No, this would need to be a stealthier operation.
If Ginyu truly wanted his revenge then he would need to lay low in an unremarkable body and gather the one tool he would need for revenge: the Dragon Balls. With them he could revive the entire Ginyu Force and then have a chance!
The only question now was, which body to hide out in? Ginyu wasn't terribly picky about it, anything would be better than being a frog. He'd go for the first person to enter his sight. Even then though, the answer of who it would be was much more varied than expected. Bulma had invited a large amount of people to Capsule Corp for a party today, an entire crowd Ginyu could swap into.
