Bio: Like his good friend Chief Wesson, Mike joined the department right out of high school. He could climb higher in the ranks, but he's happy as a Sergeant training new recruits and riding a desk while still coordinating crime scenes while out in the field. He keeps his head shaved bald because he's in denial about his receding hairline (If he can't see it, it doesn't exist!), and he has regular poker games with his neighbors (He usually gives Chief Wesson's gut a rub on poker nights to get an edge).
