What powers should she possess?

Kryptonian Powers - The powers of Superman/Supergirl. Flight, speed, nigh invulnerability, ice breath, x-ray vision, heat vision, super senses, etc. Vulnerable to kryptonite, red sun exposure, and high frequency sonic devices.

Lantern Powers - The ability to summon light constructs like the Green Lantern Corps (or any lantern corps for that matter).

Shazam! Powers - Black Adam chooses to share his power with Harley Quinn.
