The light dimmed. The dial gone. Jason frowned. What the hell was that all about?
"Brother Eye, what just-"
Jason's eyes shot open. He grabbed his throat. What was wrong with his voice? He touched his cheek with his now bare hand. Where was his mask? His helmet? Silver gauntlets on his wrists. He tried to move the red hair that kept falling in front of his eyes out of the way. He'd never let his hair get that long before. And why were his fingernails manicured...?
"Eye? Eye!"
The more he heard his own voice, the more he had to face the fact that he wasn't quite himself. Looking down, he gasped. Two orbs of flesh rested on his chest nestled in the skimpy he wore. He wrapped his hands around them, squeezing them and moving them around. To his horror, they were all too real. He felt every last movement and touch. The newfound sensitivity of his breasts sent signals to his brain he didn't understand.
“Am I a...."
He tugged at his new costume. He ran his hands down his body, taking in the curves he now possessed. His palm glazed his crotch just slightly. He didn't feel anything down there. His worst fear had been realized. Whatever that dial did to him, it made him a chick?!
Frantically, she looked for his reflection in a nearby window. She froze when she saw a girl standing there with a surprised look on her face. She didn't recognize the costume easily at first since she was the one wearing it. The girl wore a skimpy bra and toga. She had purple eyes with long, red hair.
head.
Jason reached out and touched her hand against the glass. The reflection did the same. This only confirmed what she was afraid of.
The former Red Hood immediately recognized the woman as Circe, the sinister sorceress, the arch nemesis to Wonder Woman. Jason Todd did not like magic, and usually avoided it. But occasionally, when there was a big fight between heroes and villains, Jason sometimes saw Circe in the battlefield fighting Wonder Woman.
She stood there in disbelief that she had somehow become a different person, let alone an evil sorceress.
"The dial!"
It hit her like a runaway train. The dial must have done this to her. Dammit, why didn't she listen to Brother Eye? It tried to warn her.
Jason scoured the rooftop, finding nothing.
"What, did it vanish? It was just right here!"
Jason groaned in her new feminine tone, facepalming.
"I swear, I'll never second guess Eye ever again. Just lemme find that damn dial..."
She pondered what might happen to her if she failed to change back. It would be near impossible to get anyone to believe she was who she said she was. She couldn't go to the Titans. They'd likely think it was just another one of Circe’s tricks.
Bruce might believe her but the Batcave was on the other side of town and she was in the body of one of A.R.G.U.S. most wanted alien super-criminals.
But just then, Jason realized something. If he was trapped in the body of Circe, does that mean he has her powers?
Jason aimed towards a nearby window and concentrated. All of a sudden, a purple beam of light hit the window, shattering it.
Little did Jason know, the more he used his powers, the more it will make him more like Circe.
