You shook your head. Why in the heck would you test a potentially dangerous power inside your own home. You'd ruin all your belongings, potentially harm your neighbors, and maybe even drop the building on yourself if your power was particularly strong. Nope, you'd rather test it in the wild, with no one around, rather then in your home in the main city of your region.
You lied back down on the bed, trying to rid yourself of all the thoughts you'd had. It took a while to fall asleep, but eventually you did, and the next morning came quickly. You were awoken by the sunlight from the early morning sun blasting your face, and you sat up. The small crystal was still in the bowl you had put it in earlier, confirming that the entire exchange wasn't just a long winded dream. You smiled, thinking of the possibilities if your power turned out to be strong. No longer would you have to barely scrape by, and you could even explore the world! Even if your power wasn't super strong, it would still likely help you a bit in combat, therefor netting you a bit more money in the process.
With the thought of riches in mind, you quickly put on your adventurers clothes, stuffed your vision into your pocket, and quickly exited the small apartment. You waved at all your friends passing by, saying you were going for another day of adventuring, and you headed out of the walls. You ran Southeast a bit from the city, and ended up next to a large tree, a place called Windrise. It was a very pretty destination, but most people tended not to come by more then once, as it was a tad dangerous for untrained people.
You sidled up against the tree and pulled the vision out of your pocket. You tried thinking of everything, from throwing tornados for conjuring updrafts, but nothing seemed to trigger. You started to get bored of trying different things and sat down on a root, thinking about checking the library later for clues.
Despite the dangerous location, your mind wandered again. You looked at the large tree, your mind turning it into a giant woman. You shook your head. A woman that big would be big for everyone, and not just you. In your fantasies, you preferred shrinking around a lady, as opposed to a lady growing super big. Almost as if the gods above were listening, your size quickly dwindled, as did the gem in your hand and the clothes you were wearing. The root you were sitting on suddenly became more akin to an elevated road, and the tree it was attached to turned into an incomprehensible size.
