Karen scolds you for insulting her. She was louder than thunder, so loud in fact that you could barely make out anything she said. By the second or third work, you had so much tinnitus, you could barely hear your own thoughts. But she kept going. If you were to venture a guess it would be something along the lines of “how dare you” and “I’m a fucking God” strung together into what felt like 10 minutes of yelling. In reality, this wasn’t much more that 30 seconds. She then noticed you clutching your ears in pain, and immediately felt remorse. She began apologizing, but that was just as loud, so you sharply flinched in fear in her hand. Then she recoiled. She slowly leaned in to whisper a very breathy “sorry”. Now your ringing had gone away, but your lungs were now filled with her somewhat sweet breath. It was pretty cozy now in her hand.
