Option 1: Season 9 episode 14
"Stan goes on the pill" Francine didn't get a call from the scientist about the cure and bullock actually listens to stan when they are in bed so stan doesn't get mad at him for not listening to her and since she doesn't get mad she doesn't storm off from bullock instead they continue to go at it til morning
Option 2: stan goes on a mission that requires him to become a woman to take out a target so in order to pull it off without a hitch he has to live as a woman for quite a while(several months(3-4months)) during those few months before the mission he has to be intimate with a man and bullock volunteers himself to help stan with how to be intimate with a man and because of it stan has to live with bullock during those few months
Option 3: Francine wants stan to understand what it is like to be a woman so she goes to science lab of the cia and talks to some of the female scientists about it and they agree so they make a device to turn a man into woman When the scientists are done Francine picks it up and uses it on stan to turn him into a her and she tells stan that she won't turn him back until he understands what is like to be woman which could take a while(several months) Francine also tells stan that he also needs to experience dating from the woman's perspective
