Chapter #4It’z Chaeryeong by: Juliet Fairy lights decluttered themselves into your peripheral vision. Spinning around with your mouth wide open you drank in the sight of the messy bedroom you’d appeared in and held your own head: it worked, by God it had worked!
It wasn’t immediately clear whose room you’d ended up in. The decor was far from drab, a draping vine of LED lights adorned the ceiling and illuminated an array of posters and clippings, all unintelligible to your English-speaking ass. Something about the room felt appropriately cozy, lived in but more adorably than repugnantly dirty. Pink, blue and white socks were strewn across the carpet.
Truly, everything was now enormous. Unsure of the accuracy in the resizing process you’d barely tested prior to blasting yourself with the thing, it was hard to say if you’d shrunk to the one-inch setting - like, how could you call it anyway? Regardless of your uninformed perspective, the strands of carpet you waded through made you feel that you’d become more speck than Lego man. Surely no taller than a centimeter, maybe even half of one.
Creating a device to simultaneously shrink and teleport yourself was enough of a challenge, so getting the damn thing to come with you had been out of the question. You were in this for life now, and the idea of living as a mite under the noses of your favorite girl group sounded more than appealing. It was a marked improvement over the months of obsessive tinkering with that atrocious device hours into the night before you passed out to wake up for another shitty slave shift at work. You hoped whoever found the thing in your abandoned apartment didn’t fuck up the planet or something.
So, whose room was this? Being discovered by any of the girls enthralled you, but you’d carefully crafted elaborate fantasies in your head about the special experience of the first you’d get to see. Staring up at a woman-turned-Goddess, the abolition of your own agency, the quaking impact of mere footsteps… quaking… quaking… that word repeated in your head. A carpet strand you were pushing away slipped from your hand and snapped back, bitch-slapping you like the idiot you were. The ground was shaking!
An endless body strutted through the doorway, no longer just a person to you, instead an effectively divine force of nature that could rock the world beneath you. Your eyes focused on the two pale feet stomping toward you, then followed up the idol’s bare legs and grey shorts, briefly lingering on her chest until you were looking into the eyes of one Lee Chaeryeong.
One arm raised and tugged at her ponytail, sliding off a yellow scrunchie and lazily tossing it to the floor. You watched her stretch her neck and run her fingers through her hair, time seeming to stand still as such an unwittingly powerful woman sauntered toward you. Far too tiny to ever have any hope of escaping her path, it felt a bit ironic to consider being squashed like the bug you’d turned yourself into the moment you encountered a human. As a tanned sole raised over your head and the five toes seemed to wiggle, it didn’t feel like too bad a fate.
BOOM! The force of the enormous foot crashing beside you flung you into the air, flying back and thudding into carpet with an underwhelming thunk. You screamed in pain and terror, watching Chaeryeong’s foot flex and raise again. Her heel raised and momentarily exposed the wrinkled surface you’d nearly been flattened by. Somehow, you felt deeply aroused.
The idol continued to her desk, unplugging her phone from a charger to check it. Standing still, the opportunity for you to safely observe her reinforced how incredibly small you now felt. Normally five-foot-five, Chaeryeong was now a colossus, like, beyond an enormous statue, not just a skyscraper, but someone so gigantic it was beyond your comprehension. Eyes drifting back toward the enticing sight of her bare feet, you would be dwarfed by her littlest toe alone. And yet… being under her foot was exactly what you’d come here for.
You jumped out of your skin! Chaeryeong let out a groan and chattered to herself in Korean, startling you. The giantess walked backward, bumping into her bed then spreading her arms and falling into it with her phone still tightly clutched in her fingers. The roar of bed springs punctured your ear drums.
Something was so lonely and depressing about the idea of her going to sleep up there… so close, but distant and unattainable. Maybe the device should have put you the fuck up there instead!
Sighing, you couldn’t do much but prepare for when she woke up to make sure she’d notice you the next day. Either that, or stay up and wait for her to eventually get up and piss, or something. You weren’t sure what to do. indicates the next chapter needs to be written. |
