The park

Today Jenny was assigned to the park. So she made the quick walk over the and began her rounds. She normally would pick a location where there was a lot of traffic or walk around if there was little people. Today because it was the morning there would be a decent amount of people doing jogging, taking their kids out etc.

Jenny decides to wait at a T in the path, after about 30 min someone comes by looking like they need a bathroom. But who is it?
