We find Lisa in a dungeon with Milhouse and Martin. There were three sets of foot stocks in the middle of the room.

There were lots of feathers, brushes and even a pair of hungry goats tethered and ready to tickle a victim at a moments notice. There were also lots of oils and lotions to soften the skin.

Someone was going to end up in the stocks, laughing hystericly as their feet were tickled. But who would be the unlucky victim?
