Reincarnation lead too a few problems. Of course having another chance to defeat the demon lord was a plus, there was no denying that, but it also left Yuuki with a damaged memory, he barley remembered Ameth , let alone his own name, it practically defeated the purpose of coming back, and then there's the other problem.
... for some reason, he's also super super tiny, only a couple of inches at best, the was no way he could do anything by himself at this size, thankfully she prepared a guide for him beforehand....she just happened to leave out that last detail.
A request from Lady Ameth was a great honor, though Kokkoro couldn't deny she was taken back by finding out the poor tiny little man she fished out of the wolf's mouth was indeed the lord she had sworn to serve.
For now all she could do was patch him up and prepare there meal.
Fortunately he didn't eat much thanks to his size, although the same cannot be said for their new friend, Pecorine
When he and Kokkoro first met her, she came in with enough force to send the little man flying thinking they were offering her a free meal.
Yuuki felt like he was hit by a hurricane before he finally started falling so there wasn't too much to worry about, at he thought so until he landed in the mouth a near by napping cat girl.
*cough* *cough* " What the heck what!?"
She woke up immediately in a panic.
Yuuki was also startled. One second he sitting on Kokkoro's lap as she cooking rice, the next a stranger kicked him a couple feet in the air and he landed some mysterious wet cave. The ground wiggled around rapidly like a snake, making it hard for him to get his footing, even worse when he fell on his back and got thrown even deeper in the caven, it was even damper getting tighter in there
Whatever Karyl swallowed in her sleep, it was moving around a lot, and it was getting harder to breathe to. At this rate she was scared she was going to choke to death on Yuuki. And she might have if Kokkoro and they're new friend hadn't found her while looking for him.
Pecorine was surprisingly strong , really strong , despite her looks, you're more in danger of being hugged to death by her then being malled the monsters she fights (as Karyl likes to bring up) , and this was certainly the case for Yuuki. If she wasn't careful enough she could accidentally squash the little guy without really meaning too, her appetite is another concern, though he seem to be more scared of Karyl after what just happened.
"I-I didn't do that on purpose, I'm the victim here too, i thought I was going to die!" She insisted, starting to feel guilty. "My apologies my Lord , if only I was paying more attention this could have been avoided "
I never thought I'd see a Elf traveling with a tiny knight, how crazy is that?" Pecorine chimed in.
"Don't change the subject like this isn't your fault!" Karyl replied. Despite how unnatural the whole situation was, everyone was getting along surprisingly well.
This was the very first awkward of the Gourmet Guild.
