She goes to a restaurant and eats more than usual.

Michiru head out to planning to go out to eat for breakfast. There was a cozy diner not too far from her apartment that she was heading to having heard good things about their breakfast menu.
Looking over the menu she felt her mouth water and her stomach growl when the waitress arrived to take our order almost without thinking she said.
"Have an extra large stack of pancakes, four eggs, four slices of toast and extra hash-browns and bacon on the side. "
Michiru was a little surprised with herself at how large her order was, but the waitress took it down without blinking. As before when she considered the possibility of just stuffing her face without concern for putting on weight there was a part of her and very much liked the idea.
Eventually her meal arrived and Michiru saw that this restaurant clearly didn't hold back on extra-large orders. Her meal was a huge plate loaded down with all sorts of breakfast foods surrounding a small mountain of butter and syrup drenched pancakes and it all looked delicious beyond words in her eyes.
She dug in with gusto and as soon as the food hit her tongue she found it tasted even better than it looked. She wolfed it all down with enthusiastic gluttony. when she was done she laid back and patted her stomach, it felt good having a big round belly full of delicious food.
