Another way for Deku to turn into a girl version.

It's a simple idea to the last chapter but rather then late starter Izuku always had a quirk it just...wasn't the best/incredibly embarrassing?

Feel to change the details/ rules however you like just keep the idea behind them the same.

Fairy- Izuku can focus and transform into a tiny girl about an inch tall with transparent wings. Izuku never uses his quirk besides the the time it activated when he was four, or when Katsuki/ any spooks him too hard which causes him to transform by accident.so the power and abilites are rather unkown though one thing is for sure his clothes don't shirk with him, no matter what he still desires to be a hero...

Muscle Gyaru- Izuku can transfer his rather sizable intellect into pure muscle, the only issue is when he starts doing that he also starts to turn to turn into a girl at about 5% of brain to muscle. At about 20% he grows a cup size and gains a massive power boost every 20% he will become extremely more feminine then the last change, resulting in the setrotypical Gyaru look only with green hair. The farthest Izuku ever pushed it was around 40% where he found even simple addition a bit headache inducing but with a single poke of his red tipped finger nails crushed a refrigerator. Fearing a point of no return where he becomes so stupid he can't return to normal Izuku never pushed past this limit.
