The Owlet Lady

Instead of the canon Owl Beast, the spirit cohabitating Eda's body takes a much more infantile bend. By time the series begins Eda is completely un-potty trained, wearing oversized baby diapers and other infantile clothes, distractable by toys and bright colors as well as shiny things and in general is a bit more childish at a baseline. She’s still a rebel at heart. her infantile antics and defiance of Belos at every turn, earning her the outlaw name, The Owlet Lady of the owl house. But she still hates the baby class of hexside, because she is a smart baby, not a dumb baby like them.

She regularly needs her baba of potion, or she goes into tantruming beast mode that may seem cute but is just as dangerous. The first time it happened Luz learned that the hard way until she discovered her light spell and distracted Eda long enough to put her down her nap in her crib nest.

Since then Eda’s taught her a lot, especially how to change a diaper. Until she started discovering glyphs Luz was almost worried that all her time in the boiling isles would be spent as a glorified babysitter. And in season 2, both Eda and Lilith are in pull ups and act more akin to big toddlers by splitting the curse.
