Welcome to The Mechanized Augmented Gear and Integration Corporation (M.A.G.I.C). Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our service.

PRIVACY
All augmentations remain the property of M.A.G.I.C as such you surrender the right to all privacy.

ABOUT THE SERVICE

The service offers you the ability to augment your body with the latest technology while also keeping your original parts safe in our vaults for later reattachment.

REGISTRATION; RULES FOR USER CONDUCT AND USE OF THE SERVICE

You need to be at least 18 years old and not registered with any other corporation to register for and use the Service.
If you are a user who signs up for the Service, you will be implanted with a Brain Chiptm. You agree to notify us immediately if the chip is compromised physically or digitally. The Corporation will not be responsible for any damage caused by the Brain Chiptm.

USE RESTRICTIONS

Your permission to use the services is conditioned upon the following use.

You agree that you will not under any circumstances:
-Sell the augmentations to third parties
-Undertake any tasks that put you against M.A.G.I.C. and it's board of directors
-Join any other corporation while augmented without the express consent of M.A.G.I.C.

Failure to do so will result in all augmentations being repossessed and all body parts in storage being sold or discarded.

USE OF AUGMENTATIONS

To use our augmentations you must:
-Agree to work as a M.A.G.I.C. employee
-Become a customer of the Bankers Guild and finance all costs through them.
-Become a customer of the Cloners Corporation.

PAYMENT OF SERVICE

-All augmentations must be paid for upfront or with a loan from the Bankers Guild.
-Body Part storage must be paid weekly at a fixed rate of $10,000 per body part.
-In the event you're unable to pay back your loans or body storage you agree to work in the mines until your dept is paid off.

LOSS OR DAMAGE

The user is responsible for all damage to the augmentations. They are responsible for paying the full value of the augment.

Failure to pay for the damages will result in repossession of the augmentation without restoration of the biological part

BODY RESTORATION

-To have your body parts reattached you must pay $100,000 per body part you wish to reattach.
-If you're injured out on mission and loose a body part, it will be automatically cloned for $500,000 and put into storage. You will be fitted with a new augmentation to replace the missing part at your expense.

SIGNING BONUS

In agreement with your employment, M.A.G.I.C. will offer:
-One free specialized Augmentation
-One month's free storage for your first body part
-A 50% discount on the first restoration
-A 50% discount on the first cloned body part
-A fixed interest rate of your first loan at 2% P.A.

"Ouch... something just bit my ear," Shelby complained. "Also was it smart to agree to something like that?"

"Ow..." Ashley rubbed the back of her ear feeling the same thing bite her. "It's fine it's just a game. It's for flavor," Ashley explained. "Now let's see what do I want my first augment to be?"
