an old book and stuff for magicians tricks

You opened the crate with the crowbar and a dust cloud comes out from inside it. Coughing and fanning the dust, you see a table with some stuff for magicians tricks and a old big book.
"Man! What the hell is this?" you say as you walk closer to the table and see things like:
A Top Hat and a Magic Wand
Two sawing boxes with blades in the necks height
A hula hoop to make the cloth-change trick
And an old book that caught your attention at first. You see the cover says "Tales from a Magician that never did a trick", and you got confused by that.
"This magician's stuff has been never used before?" you say to yourself and open the book to read it.
Spending some minutes to check a few pages from that book, you realize that it says the magic stuff of this magician does real magic, not just tricks.
Your eyes opened wide and you look at all that stuff.
"Holy shit! It means that... I can get rich using this things and performing tric-... real magic!" you say

Eager to see real magic, you look at all these magical items and choosing one to test it...
