"Well, well." AFO chuckled as he stood in front of the pod. Within it a black haired woman lay resting in stasis. It was none other than Nana Shimura, the previous OFA user and All Might's master. AFO had beaten her before a few years back, but she had already passed the quirk on and allowed All Might to escape. The victory was hollow though. Nana had fallen before him.
By all account Nana was dead, but All for One was not satisfied with merely letting his enemy die. He'd desecrate her body in the worse possible way, by making it his own. Despite Nana having fallen, her body was only clinically dead. Her brain activity had stopped but all her other organs had been easily repaired thanks to the Doctor's equipment. Initially, AFO had been considering turning her to in a Nomu, to fight All Might, but it was time for a change of plans.
AFO had decided to possess her. Her body was strong enough, having once withstand the power of OFA. The Doctor had been able to return it to a stable state and now AFO would make it his, and suppliment recovery with some extra healing quirks he had on hand, as well as a de-aging one. He signaled the Doctor to begin, and activated his quirk. Soon AFO's world went dark, as he lost as senses.
