Luffy was just looking thru the Marine base looking for Zoro’s swords. When he knocked in a rack knocking a locked box off the top shelf. The box hit Luffy’s head and broke apart revealing a notebook was inside. “Why would someone just have a notebook locked up?” Luffy asks as he finds it empty making him even more confused. Luffy then notices writing on the inside that anything he writes in the notebook will become true. Not sure if it was real or not, Luffy wrote…
