He saw Koneko wearing lingerie and stockings(AN: from the first ending), along with her backpack.

"Come on, pervert, we need to go to school," Koneko said. "Just because this is the uniform doesn't mean I want random strangers giving me dirty looks. Whoever thought making a girl's uniform her underwear and stockings needs to die."

Issei couldn't believe it. Koneko was walking around in her lingerie, and treating it like normal. Not only that, she called it her uniform. They had a delayed school opening today, so he had time to work on setting up his new computer.
