Pearl's form could take no more, and she poofs almost immediately, her gem falling to the ground.
"Oops..." Green Diamond frowned, "I guess I don't know my own strength."
It would be a little annoying waiting to Pearl to reform so that she could be collared. Still, It was quite exciting from Green Diamond to see just how powerful she was. She walked up to Pearl's gem and picked it up and then, seeing the mess their fight had made, sent the washing machine and it's parts into the ocean. It would be best if she wasn't noticed just yet, after all.
As she watched the parts splash into the water, however, she had an idea. Perhaps she wouldn't need to wait for Pearl to reform to be collared after all. Instead she could take her to The Reef and reprogram her entirely, molding her into whatever kind of follower she wanted. Perhaps she could even find a way to quickly manufacture more Pearls to serve her. Still, it was kind of a risky move. She was certainly strong, but she doubted she could take down the entirety of the remaining Crystal Gems if she was discovered so soon.
Plus, she didn't want to keep Lapis waiting too long. After all, the stronger she becomes, the more she can change about her partner.
