Which female finds a way to dominate Superman the so-called "Strongest" Hero in the DC Univers?
1) Mercy Graves. As Lex Luther's Assistant/bodyguard/driver Mercy has had many run-ins with Superman and knows his weaknesses just as much as her boss does. Maybe one day she gets mad at Lex and decides to show him up by being the one to dominate the Man of Steel.
2) Lois Lane. As Superman's main love interest, it is not that surprising that maybe every once and a while she likes to be the dominant one in their partnership.
3) Kara Danvers aka Supergirl. While they have the same powers Superman only has Kara watch one city while he does the entire planet. Getting upset with his chauvinistic attitude she shows him which one of them is the weaker Kryptonian.
4) A random OC thug. Rather than Superman losing to a superpowered person, or someone he knows what if one day he goes to stop a mugging being done by a female? For some reason, maybe the female mugger's beauty, some magic, or that she has Kryptonite stone jewelry he feels weak around her. The mugger decides to take advantage of his weakness and play with him for a bit.
