As Jessica started eating, the entire dining room began to shake and rattle, shaken in a rhythmic patern. Mark turned around, frantically trying to find the cause of this earthquake, but Jessica just stuck to her food.
"I know you said I was impressive just a moment ago, but I wish I was a little more impressive, if you know what I mean." Jessica said, rolling her eyes.
Just then, a gargantuan figure entered the kitchen, completely dwarfing Jessica. Mark looked up... and up... and up... until his eyes finally rested on the giantess's face.
"Emma?!" Mark said, unable to hold in his surprise. His youngest sister, Emma, was only 11 years old, but she looked about twice as tall as Jessica! "But... how...?"
Emma looked down at him quizzically, as if he was the only odd thing here. "What's wrong, 'big' bro? Did I grow that much bigger overnight?"
Slowly the memories started coming back to him. Jessica's gigantism genes had kicked in when she was about 10 years old. Other girls her age grew an average of 10" taller between 10 years old and 16, while Jessica had grown 90" taller. It had made her the tallest woman in history - for a few years. Emma had been born when Jessica was 11 years old (and Mark was 7). Like Jessica, Emma carried the gigantism genes. Unlike Jessica, Emma's genes activated when she was about 2 years old.
This meant that Emma was as tall as Mark (5'9") when she was just 3 years old.
Jessica had reached her full 12'6" height at 16 years old, and hot on her heels was Emma, 5 years old and 10'1". The next year, Emma had closed the gap by growing to 12'4" tall.
A few months later there hadn't been any question of who was tallest, but instead a debate of semantics. Jessica insisted (and Mark remembered agreeing) that since the title she'd been given was "tallest woman" a child like Emma couldn't claim it from her - at least, not yet. Emma's argument was that Jessica wasn't old enough to a be a woman when she got the title, so it should just be given to the tallest girl. Jessica countered that she would be a woman in a few months when she turned 18, and Emma couldn't really think of a comeback for that (she was only 6 at the time), so reluctantly Emma agreed to let Jessica keep the title until she turned 18.
While Jessica's giantess growth spurt had been 6 years long, Emma had already been growing for 9 years and didn't show signs of stopping anytime soon.
"H-hey Emma..." Mark said, unable to tear his eyes away from the gigantic girl. "I forgot, how t-tall are you?"
Jessica rolled her eyes. "Mark's been obsessed with heights today," she told Emma.
Emma giggled. "That's OK, I'm always obsessed with my height! I'm 23'3" tall now. It won't be long before I'm twice as tall as Jessica here..." She bent at the waist to tussle Jessica's hair. Jessica scowled while Emma grinned, obviously thrilled at her superior height.
Mark did the math and realized that Emma was already four times as tall as he was... and still growing!
'I've got to be careful what I wish for...' Mark thought to himself, 'Otherwise I'm going to get a whole lot of unintended side effects.'
