Rocky’s little plaything

While exploring the Lookout Tower one day, Rocky discovered something small and shiny. It a miniature city and it was just laying on the floor of the lookout tower. It was as if the entire town had been shrunk down to a fraction of its normal size. As Rocky from the Paw Patrol paws through the tiny buildings, he realizes they're inhabited by miniature creatures. Rocky was in shock at the situation, but there was also a sense of excitement. There was one question on his mind. What could he get up to with this tiny city?
