The Marston sisters had lived a pretty normal suburban life.
The oldest 12 year old Sierra, was the smartest of the bunch. She had long brown hair, mousy features and was always looking to learn.
The next oldest was Jane at 10. Jane had curlier short brownish red hair and was always dreaming about boys and falling in love.
The youngest at 6 years old was Lily. Lily was a dreamer who lived for cute and beautiful things. She was a little unsure about things but still was very optimistic. Lily also shares her mother’s long blonde hair.
The most interesting thing about them was their father, Marcus. While his wife, Tabitha had a normal job as a secretary at a law firm, Marcus was an inventor always tinkering with new inventions.
One day, the three sisters were exploring upstairs while their Dad went to the bathroom.
“Sierra, where are we going?” Lily asked.
“We’re going to see what Dad’s working on” the eldest sister answered.
“I really don’t care about science” Jane whined. “I just wanna read my Heart Throbs magazine.”
“So many cool things!” Lily said.
Sierra then noticed a very interesting box with a camera in it.
“Hey Lily! Jane! Come look at this!”
The three little girls looked into the camera and were shocked when the camera started to glow and the box started to shake.
“What’s it doing?” Jane asked
“It’s all glowy!” Lily said.
Soon a flash of light engulfed all three kids.
Soon, the girls each woke up. Sierra looked around and didn’t quite recognize the attic. But soon, she looked over and saw her sister Jane’s comb, except it was the size of a sofa to her.
“Oh no!” Sierra said looking at her surroundings. “We’ve shrunk!”
As Jane and Lily woke up, they too realized they were three inches tall.
“We’re so tiny!” Lily said
“What are we gonna do?” Jane asked.
Soon the girls heard the booming footsteps of their father.
Their father entered, now a giant to them.
“What happened to the Shrunker Machine?” He looked at the machine burned out but then noticed three tiny shrunken dolls on the ground waving up at him.
It was soon clear to the scientist, Marcus Marston that his three little girls were now permanently three inches tall.
