Somewhere else at around the same time in terms of the clock of the Universe itself, something that was going to change the destiny of existence itself happened. On the centaur planet Ratsa Stal 2, during a political meeting between humans and the centaurs, one of the humans had a virus and accidentally sneezed while in the meeting. While inter-species infections were practically impossible, that didn't mean they never happened.
One of the centaur bodyguards caught the virus, and while at first, she was fine, developing a small cold and sneezing, therefore accidentally spreading the virus further out to other centaurs. As her sickness got discovered, the government had forced the centaur in question to enter quarantine until the virus was dealt with. Agreeing with the orders, the centaur in question agreed to the quarantine, not noticing her shirt getting more snug.
Life on Ratsa Stal 2 was peaceful. They had never attacked anyone, nor did they ever experience being attacked by anyone else. This was thanks to the lack of strategic advantage from their planet and overall open mindset in trading with other species for whatever they had or required. Overall, the planet itself was rather well-kept. While the centaurs were advanced, it wasn't with the cost of nature. Everything was peaceful about the centaurs, thus leading to this possible future where the centaurs can't do anything against their impending doom with the new Patient Zero of a new pandemic. One of the quarantine area guards could hear clothes ripping.
Now, reader: There was however another possible thing unique about centaurs. Did they have this unique feature, and if so, to what degree?
