One of the most seductive females in all of anime history has to be Lupin the 3rd's Fujiko Mine (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fujiko_Mine). Very unlikely she's going to actually fall in love, though. Very likely she's just after you because you've got something she wants, and I don't mean your body. But if you do have something Fujiko wants, who's to say you can't both get some enjoyment out of this?
Of course, if Fujiko Mine isn't your type, the Lupin the Third franchise has featured several other alluring females, most of them one-offs, over its decades of history. One more prominent reoccurring female is Rebecca Rossellini (https://lupin.fandom.com/wiki/Rebecca_Rossellini), a.k.a. "Mrs. Lupin," who played a major role throughout Lupin the 3rd: Part 4, a.k.a. "The Italian Adventure." This heiress/fashion icon/party girl wild child's "wedding" to Lupin sets all the events of the season in motion, and she remains a plucky thorn in Lupin's side throughout his attempts to divorce her.
In one particularly memorable episode of Part 4, Episode 10, "The Lovesick Pig," Fujiko and Rebecca both get a hold of a wine called the Lovesick Pig and it acts as a love potion, causing them both to keep throwing themselves at Lupin. It's more than the usually libidinous master thief can handle.
