Classic Hypnotist coin. It only works as long as it's ticking and as long as he can swing it infront of someones eyes so if it breaks, he'll need to fix it. It doesn't let him leave a suggestion to put people back into trance and it can only hypnotize one person at a time.
Controlling jewlery. As long as Kazuma wears the Key necklace he can influence the minds of anyone wearing the lock necklace. It doesn't count if he forces them to wear the neckless with or without magic, they need to put it on themselves for Kazuma to gain control.
Dreamstone. When Kazuma falls asleep holding this he can go into people's dreams and move stuff around. This is a slow burn affecting someone's mind, nothing immediate.
Mind Bind Rope. If Kazuma uses his bind skill with this rope, then while the monster person etc. Is bound they are subject to his mental influence. It does take a lot of magic energy to keep that effect up though, and Kazuma doesn't have a super high magic reserve.
