Switching Glasses

Jeremy decided to test the glasses with his friends. As soon as he got out of bed he got dressed and ready for the day, he put on a black T-shirt with a flannel over-shirt and a pair of blue Jeans. He put the case with the glasses inside his backpack before messaging his friends:

'Hey guys any of you want to hang out today?' - Jeremy

'Yeah sure, I don't have any plans today' - Terry

'I'm down, what do you want to do?' - Jen

'What time are we meeting' - Kat

'How about we meet up at the park, but what I want us to do is a surprise' - Jeremy

'Ok, I will set off now then' - Jen

'Me too' - Kat

'Yeah sure, be there soon' - Terry

Jeremy with the glasses in his backpack set off to the park down the street. As he got to the park he went to the usual spot he and his friends met at, it was a spot that they had claimed as theirs since they were little kids growing up together. He approached the field and went to the corner of the park where he and his friends always hung out, it was an abandoned rundown concrete shack that he and his friends had turned into a den. He had to go through a bunch of bushes and trees that had grown around it which made it the ideal place for them to go and get away from the world, he unlocked the padlock they had put on the door so nobody would ruin their secret hideaway and entered the building, they had done alright making this place their own over the years, it had a couch and a few chairs as well as posters, a record player with a bunch of old records to go with it, it was very retro and looked like a room out of the 90s not 2024.

around 10 minutes after he got there Jen and Kat arrived, "Hey Jeremy how's it hanging", Kat said as she entered the hideout, "Yeh, hey", Jen followed up as they both took a seat on the couch next to Jeremy. "Hey guys, I'm good and I can't wait to show you what I have planned for us today but let's wait for Terry to get here first", responded Jeremy. "Oh, how ominous", replied Kat. The group chatted while they waited for Terry to arrive, they talked about the usual stuff, University, Games they had been playing, and music they liked.

Terry arrived around 30 minutes after Kat and Jan just as usual, he was always late to things and was hardly ever on time when they arranged to meet up. "Hey guys, sorry I am late", they all giggled at that comment from Terry, "OK now that Terry is here I can show you what I wanted us to do today". Jeremy then gave them the rundown of the past 24 hours and how he came to end up with the glasses as well as what they did, "OK so who wants to try them out with me first?" he said to which each of his friends looked at him curiously before one of them responded with, "Sure I will swap with you".
