Your brain rattled still with the impact of that giant shoe. It was as if you had been tossed from the controls momentarily. Automatically you slide as close to the wall as you could and slowly slide down the bright red path. You try, fail and try again to not lose yourself in the shuttering of the ground. Your head locked at a ninety-degree angle as you watched the titans move. Both hands softly sliding across the painted stone like texture. It was your anchor as your mind swam in the thick storm of activity.
Horror stories from your village elders found new life raising from the deep graves within your grey matter. - You could make out a passing foot with a lily painted on one of the toes. ‘… its horrific the destruction one of those things can cause and be totally unaware of it. I watched a whole field of flowers crushed underfoot with no regard!’ – - A gaudy golden bird cage with a silver bird charm could be seen dangling from a chain attached to a pair of shorts. ‘…But that’s just unaware, they have such a sadistic lust! Supply groups have been scooped up and carried off to gods know here!’ - - A apple the size of a boulder rumbled directly towards the path. A few tinies started scampering away before a hand descended from on high and pulled it away at the last moment. As it was pulled away you saw the tell tale deformity of a bite taken out of it. ‘…Probably to be eaten. They could eat berries or fruits but no. That wouldn’t satisfy their sadism!’-
You shook your head to relieve yourself of the dark thoughts only to realize the darkness wasn’t just in your head. You had been so lost in though you had followed the wall into a crack.
“#####?”
The incomprehensible guttering pulled you firmly back to reality as in the shadow of the crack a figured waggled about. You blink and swiftly retreat, the shadow following as the short visage of a pygmy goblin appeared before you. Its green skin and bald head glistening with sweat.
“#####! ###--#####---##!?”
You don’t quite know what you should do. Your fellow tinies have given you a wide birth as they stare on the display. Seems you actually missed a lot while in your daze.
