Bulma makes her move before they meet General Blue

Goku and Bulma had just recently left West City to head for a Dragon Ball. They were travelling on Goku's Flying Nimbus thanks to her newest invention, her Micro Band, allowing herseld to shrink herself and travel inside Goku's gi.

As they had left West City, Bulma thought about her recent fighting with Yamcha and how Goku already had 2 Dragon Balls. Even though she knew Goku was only searching for the Dragon Balls this time to try to find the 4 Star Dragon Ball and not actually make a wish, Bulma considered if she could play her cards right, she could get to make a wish instead.
