(I'm sorry if tia's lines aren't like how she talks in the movies)(Elizabeth managed to find jack before he and his crew left tortuga and then went to tia dalmas for the first time as they didnt go to tia dalmas until after will was on the flying dutchman(I know they visited tia dalma after will found jack & his crew on that island but this will help the story as tia dalma probably has something to switch peoples bodies as she able to bring barbossa back to life))
Elizabeth was able to find jack before he left tortuga and joined him on the pearl Jack informed the crew that were making a quick stop at tia dalmas before they head towards the chest of Davy Jones
~At Tia Dalmas some time later~ The crew disembarked on the smaller boats as the river is too shallow for the pearl A few minutes later the crew arrived at tia dalmas Jack:Ello again tia my dear I've come back like you said to before I need to meet Davy Jones again
Tia: Witty jack you've come back like I said so good I've got something for you jack

so she goes to grab it to look at it closer As jack waits for tia he notices elizabeth reaching for something as soon as he saw what elizabeth was reaching for his eyes widen Jack tries to stop her from touching the medallion but he was a second too late to stop elizabeth but his hand reached hers just as hers reached the medallion and once both of their hands were on it a light emerge that blinded everyone The light lasted a few minutes before it starts to calm down letting everyone see again Once the light is fully out the crew could see elizabeth and jack on the floor A few minutes go by as they wait for the two to wake up to which they hear elizabeth groan as she slowly sits up J-Elizabeth: What was-me voice what to me voice it's not the same Gibbs: Miss Elizabeth are you alright?
J-Elizabeth: Do you have a small brain Mr.Gibbs it's me Captain Jack Sparrow Gibbs and the crew look at j-elizabeth as tia dalma softly chuckles: I see you and miss swan have switched bodies when you both touch the medallion
J-Elizabeth stutters: S-S-Switched bodies? Are you able to help fix this like another medallion or something?
TiaDalma: I'm afraid that medallion is one of a kind so there isn't another one and as for helping you switch back it can't be done you two be stuck like that E-Jack groans as he wakes up: Ugh what hit-my voice it's not the same ???: Good observation luv E-Jack turns to see who talked only to see his body(former) is the one to talk and is staring at him
