Certainly a good choice, Neopolitan is smug, cocky, arrogant, even sadistic at times. Neopolitan is a tough target by all means, a strong fighter, but often one to bite off more than she can chew, and quickly fleeing when she finds herself outmatched. It hardly helps that Neo wouldn’t be the hardest to wedgie… Tiny, Light, far from the strongest, relying on counter-attacks much more than direct combat, not to mention smug and dorky.
Not only was Neopolitan canonically bullied during her time at school, this is also a girl who wears princess-themed PJs at the age of 18, safe to say, she may have one of the nerdiest wardrobes in RWBY history…
It’d be very hard to find another character in the world of Remnant who would be more satisfying to wedgie than this pint-sized twerp. But how exactly is this going to happen? Well… That’s for you to decide, but here are some ideas to start you off!
