Silver

Silver knew that today would be the best day to get one of Elm's pokémon. So he snuck around the building and found a window into Elm's Lab.

He watched as each of Elm's assistances left one by one. While he waited, he stepped on something which turned out to be a pokéflute. He put it away for later and went back to watching.

Finally, Elm was alone and he was about to make his move when a guy showed up. He watched as he took a pokéball and left. Elm was more alert now, so he waited.

After a while, he noticed Elm was stuck in him work and snuck in through the back. He tried to be quiet but the floor creaked a bit. He stole a pokédex and went for the pokéballs but was finally noticed.

Since Elm was now aware, he hit him, grabbed a pokéball and ran. Which pokémon did he steal?
