This choice: yes: pivot POV to the woman who buys her/it • Go Back...Chapter #6yes: pivot to "Alice's" POV by: DougTF   The clerk smiles as the swimsuit lets it know Gloria no longer exists, and she folds up the blue swimsuit and puts it in the bag with mostly normal clothes, though a pair of heels used to be a married couple who were considering divorce, and a pair of panties that used to be an older accountant. All them are now none of them, because in agreeing to this, their human rights, lives, and existence were swapped for what very likely is permanent existence as mere clothing. And this woman has no idea any of her purchases used to be people. Thus ends, maybe for all time, the story of Gloria Cardon.
But "Alice" is just getting started. She came to this resort as Adam, a good friend to a young woman by the name of Bella who asked him to be in her wedding. But as a bridesmaid, not a groomsman. In fact, she told Adam she would pay for the transformation resort, even help pay costs associated with deciding to do this, and since Bella has no sisters, no female relatives with which she is close, Adam would be her maid of honor.
Adam had agreed, even if being a woman for 7 months was not at all a thing he would have wanted or thought to do. But Bella was his best friend, and while some of his male buddies thought he was in ultimate friendzone, Adam had told her that was exactly who he wanted to be for her, and thought of her more as a sister than anything else. Or maybe the crazy cousin that got into trouble together. Her ask caught him off guard, and he wasn't sure at first. But after a weekend as a woman at the resort, he thought it wasn't bad, and that his new body, while shorter, was hella cute, and it was worth it to be part of Bella's amazing day and the journey to it.
So, now she is Alice, for at least 7 months. Being a woman less than 3 days, she is caught off guard by how much there is to being a woman instead of a man, of changing who he was into who she is. But the resort is amazing: a boutique with all her clothing needs. A department that in essence suspends his birth certificate replacing it with hers (and now she has a summer birthday as opposed to dead of winter like Adam had). Legal that closes his bank accounts, transferring all funds and deposits to her new ones. Even new IDs, though that process usually takes age with the government, but no, Alice Walther comes into existence as simply as Adam Hayes left it. She even has a new job, working remotely, and what really blows her mind is when she gets out to the parking lot, the old Chevy compact truck has been replaced by a pink Beetle convertible. She really IS a woman, and even apparently lives up (or down) to some of the stereotypes Adam had about girls. But, she can't deny she feels way more comfortable in this tiny cute car than the older dirty truck he owned.
The staff helps her get all her new luggage and clothes bags packed into the car, and she tips the guy who smiles and then reminds her, as a woman, men will likely check her out, even as he does so, admiring her cute rear in the tight skirt she has on. Alice sits in the car and her eyes widen, because it was soooo weird having a guy scope her like that. But what was weirder was she LIKED it, because he was hella cute. Gasping, she covers her mouth and drives right to Bella's place.
Knocking at the door, Bella is confused "Can I help you?" And Alice, smiles, giggles and shrugs "I heard someone needed a maid of honor?" Bella blinks and then screams in glee, pulling Alice inside, looking her over "Oh. My. God. Adam, you look amazing, you are so cute, and thank you so much for being shorter than me... wow. Wait, I called you Adam...I gotta work on that, um, who are you now?" She understands, and while she still thinks of herself as having been Adam, the rather obvious sensations of her new body make it impossible to forget who she now is. "Hey Bella, it's me Alice" and they hug, and Alice smiles, even tearing up a bit, because Bella does as well. "Alice you are just the best, and I am so very happy and grateful to share this day, this journey with you. We so have to get started."
