None of them interested him so Mark decided to go somewhere else before heading home. His parents wouldn’t get worried as long as he was back before dinner after school, so he had a couple hours. All he had to decide was where to go next.
A park was nearby a lot of people hung out at. There was sure to be a lot of possible swap targets. Families, random people, kids, and animals? You weren’t sure if the device worked on animals. Now that he thought about it, he could go to a nearby farm to try it if he enjoyed that kind of stuff. That could be an interesting test for him.
There was also a fast food restaurant nearby that Mark sometimes frequented to get some snacks before heading home. His parents always liked to tell him and his siblings they should eat healthier. He could take the bus into town if he was feelings adventurous. There were plenty of places to go with people who could swap with.
