Option One: Health Affirmation Relaxation Emotional and Motivation Support.The qualifications for becoming a male trainer are extremely high. So the Pokemon League assign a group of female to support each male trainer.

Option Two: Aura Guardians. The Pokemon world is far more dangerous, criminal gangs, evil wizards and powerful Pokemon. Most cities are isolated and only a few are born with the powers to handle the dangers. The Aura Guardians.

Option Three: Pokemon Academy. Instead of letting children roam around the world for their Pokemon Journeys. There are giant schools in every region to train the next generation of Pokemon Trainers.
