Power rangers but which season & Who to change?

Option1- MMMPR with Tommy Oliver when gets the green or white ranger powers and would switch back to male when not transformed or if Tommy tries to combine the two together that causes him to change

Option2- Dino Thunder with Tommy after he gets released from the amber there was a drastic change in appearance or Connor is changed into a woman during a battle with a monster

Option3- Samurai with Jayden trying a new symbol that could beat the nighloks only for the symbol to glow a bit before exploding sending jayden across the ground a few feet surrounded by light the others come to check out what happened only to see where jayden is supposed to be is surrounded by lght and once the light dies down jayden has become a woman
