that pepper got her to last several days until she managed to turn back into a guy but no success so she is being dragged by pepper towards her car Tony sighs: I could just wash the other outfits to wear for a while more Pepper looks at her boss as if she grew and second head: No seeing as you aren't turning back into a man anytime soon you'll need a proper wardrobe as well as inform the board about this change as well Tony groans: Uh that will suck hopefully they would try anything to kick me out Pepper: After we're done shopping we'll head towards medical to confirm that you are indeed tony stark so the board can't do anything about you turning into a woman and if they try to do anything then they will be on wrong side of a big lawsuit Tony smiles: You are the best PA I've ever had Pepper smirks: You would be lost without me Tony smiles
-Several hours laters-
After the shopping & the stop at medical to confirm she is indeed tony stark Tony is infront of the holotable she has in her workspace going over the mark 1 design removing pieces of it into a digital trash bin and begins the designing of her new project indexed as mark2
-The Next day at stark industries board meeting room-
Tony sitting at one end of the table looking at the surprised shocked & disbelief of the board members

Tony: Sign the nda infront of you and I can tell you what caused this happen if even one of you doesn't sign the nda then I can't tell you The board members look at each having a silent conversation for a few moments before nodding their heads and signing the nda's Once tony has all of the nda's and checks them over before she tells them Tony starts to unbotton some bottons of her shirt getting some memmbers to look away: I have sharpnal in my chest from an explosive when I was kidnapped trying to get to my heart the people that kidnapped me placed a magnet in my chest to prevent that and I made a mini arc reactor while I was kidnapped from whatever they had there After I was rescued I made a better version with better quality materials the day after I placed the new one in I woke up as a woman I spent several days trying to figure out how it happened exactly with no success Some of the female board members while empathetic for tony can't help but think about how having a female as the ceo of the company Female board member: If you need help adjusting or any questions about being a woman don't hesitate to call us Tony smiles: It's much appreciated but Ms.Potts has helped me over the several days of me trying to figure this out Anyway on to the contracts that are on suspension and the audit on all transactions going back 15 years This version of tony doesnt shut down the weapons division but merely suspends operations for a time(Check out Naruto: The Avengers chapter 51 towards the end to see what that tony does)
