With all the times Peach had been out and about through the kingdom, whether it be of her own volition or being dragged off by some nefarious ne'er-do-well, she'd seen a lot. She'd bore witness to all sorts of pretty landscapes and nice people, sure, though that also included power-ups. Items ranging from the relatively mundane Power Mushroom, to the common yet versatile Fire Flower, all the way to the wacky and weird ones like the Power Balloon or Elephant Fruit. While she did have her preferences, Peach did take it upon herself to bring a source back with her, mostly as a souvenir of her experience, or in case of emergency. Or if she just wanted to have a little fun.
On a reasonably quiet day in the Mushroom Kingdom, with a bit of time to herself and not much to fill it with, Peach found herself strolling the halls of the castle, humming softly to herself. She'd already prepared quite a few treats, she could do with waiting for them to be eaten before thinking about more... as she strolls about though, her eyes do catch onto one room in particular, a little smile forming on her face as she makes her way over to it. Inside, the room served as her showcase for the various powerups she had collected, carefully contained within glass pedestals for perusal. And peruse she did, pacing her way between them to admire the wonders of the regions. Though, she does come to a pause as her eyes fall on a pedestal in particular. She didn't remember putting that one there... what was held within?
