You did a quick check of the woman entering your room, your first ever unaffected client, trying to get a good read on her as fast as possible.
Your first note was that she was exceptionally beautiful, in more ways than one. She was tall, with gorgeous darkly tanned skin and dark brown hair swept to the side. Her proportions were immaculate, and in the sports bra and compression shorts she had on, they were on full display. Her bra strained against her titanic chest, and the shorts hugged her firm ass so tightly each cheek jiggled as she walked into the room. Your second note about her was that she had a strange smirk on her face as she locked eyes with you.
And your third note was...
"Carmine?!?" You exclaimed loudly, rocked with a shock to your entire system.
Your first unaffected client was going to be your younger cousin?
You'd been so hit with disassociation upon seeing her that it genuinely had taken you over five seconds to recognize the woman who lived in your own house and tormented you nonstop. For all of Carmine's pranks, Small Stature, Big Heart had been a bit of a safe space from her. Sure, she'd stopped by from time to time to screw with you, but otherwise the clinic was a way to get away from her for a while. Not that cruel Theresa and apathetic Linda were necessarily better to be around, but it was still nice to catch a break from your endlessly sadistic cousin.
But know Carmine had apparently signed up to be one of the clinic's first-ever unaffected clients? And just to screw with you, most likely? The depths of her petty depravity really did know no bounds.
"What are you doing here, Carmine?" You hissed at her, equal parts stunned and furious. Never in your wildest dreams had you predicted your first unaffected client to be as awful an option as Carmine.
Carmine gave you an angelic smile, but her eyes revealed her true delight at your misery. "Whatever do you mean, precious little Insectito? Your big cousin can't come by and check out your physical therapy services, now that your clinic actually accepts us unaffected girls?"
"But...I mean...how did you...?" You stammered, your brain mentally teetering on the edge of a complete blue screen reboot.
Carmine's smirk only widened. "Oh, Insectito, you should know me better by now. Brinley blabbed about the policy changes all the time when you weren't around, cuz I totally knew you were hiding it from me on purpose. So I found the online form and signed up. Basically the first unaffected to sign up, actually, which really won me some brownie points with your shortstack of a boss." Carmine's eyes lit up. "Ooh, speaking of, since she was manning the desk, all I had to do was bat my eyes and she assigned me as your client. I told her we were related, and she was all to happy to accommodate."
You frowned, slowly regaining your composure. "So, what? You're here to screw things up for me at work?"
Carmine feigned offense. "Oh, Allegra, your work-self is so much more negative than the sunshine-and-rainbows Allegra I'm used to. I'm not here to mess with you, I'm here to get some PT." Carmine chuckled darkly. "Course, if you get yourself into messes during the process, that kinda seems like its on you."
"I don't have to put up with you. You can't force me to take you on as a client." You pointed out. "That's in the by-laws that I signed when I started working here." You smugly smiled at your younger cousin...only for her to look at you like a cat that had just caught its favorite prey.
Carmine turned her head over her shoulder. "Did you hear that, Ms. Stanton? I told you my stubborn little cousin might try to refuse me. She's a lot meaner than you probably know."
Your eyes bulged wide at Carmine's words, and nearly popped right out of your skull as none other than Linda stomped into the room a second later, having apparently been lingering right outside the door.
"I'm terribly sorry for what she's said to you, Miss Estrada." Linda bowed her head towards Carmine, then glowered at you. "And as for you, Allegra, I can't believe how unprofessional you've been towards Miss Estrada here ever since she walked into the room. Nor can I believe how accurately Miss Estrada predicted this behavior. I didn't believe her when she said you were troublesome behind closed doors, and I'm disheartened to see how true that apparently is." She sniffed. "Here I thought you were a model employee, Allegra."
"I-I am!" You insisted, panicking. "Please, believe me! Carmine is just--"
"Your client." Linda huffed. "Whether you try to quote some archaic by-laws or not. I have half a mind to rewrite those things. Actually, I think I will. Refusing a client, unbelievable, why did I ever write that?" Linda sighed, then frowned. "Oh, well, there was that one time...huh, maybe I'll just edit the regulations so only unaffected employees can refuse a client. That should solve things."
Ignoring your boss' constant casual degradation of affected, you pressed on. "Linda, please! Please assign Carmine to someone else. This isn't going to work out?"
Linda raised an eyebrow. "And now you're trying to shift blame onto our customers? Allegra, really, I'm seeing you in a whole new light now, and it isn't a good one. You're losing my favor, and quickly." She put her hands on her hips and peered down at you, her shelf-like breasts blocking half her face. "You will take on Miss Estrada as a client, you will treat her perfectly and professionally, and you will do whatever she demands of you. And if you don't? You will face severe punishment...and perhaps a re-thinking of your role in this company."
You paled, struck by fear, and glanced over at your cousin...who rather predictably, was grinning gleefully at seeing you being humiliated in front of your boss.
Was Carmine seriously so petty as to sabotage your job, and hence your income, with this sort of treatment? When you provided her a home, and food, out of the goodness of your heart? Yeah, she probably was. Carmine really was just that much of a pathetic (but extremely dangerous) villain to do something so shortsighted.
And, unfortunately, the more you thought about it, the more you realized Carmine probably wouldn't really face repercussions from these actions. Even if you got fired because of her, Brinley still earned a hefty salary from the clinic, and was even set to get a raise because of the new influx of clients (a raise you suspiciously weren't included in, now that you thought about it). Inez also brought in a decent amount of money. Chances were good that Carmine could continue living her life of excess, ease, and mooching off others.
Swallowing your pride, you bowed at Carmine (not missing the smile of pure evil that crossed her pretty face). "I...deeply apologize, Carmine. I'll take you on as a client."
"Oh, thanks, Allegra. We'll have so much fun!" Carmine promised, and you shuddered at the clear threat in her words.
Oblivious, Linda nodded. "Excellent. Sorry again for the disturbance, Miss Estrada. And if Allegra causes you any issues, no matter how minor, you tell me immediately. I'll handle it." Linda shook her head. "It's a boss' job to discipline their employees, and my tiny employees especially always feel like they need that extra firm hand. I suppose that's just tinies in a nutshell."
"Or it's just an Allegra thing." Carmine quipped, and to your horror Linda laughed along at your expense. "But I'll take you up on that offer, Ms. Stanton. We'll whip her into shape, the two of us."
"Indeed." Linda replied, before sauntering off.
Carmine then closed the door, and grinned back at you.
"Well, Insectito," She began. "Ready to begin our first physical therapy session."
Simmering, you managed a strained smile. "Sure, Carmine. Let's begin...and get this over with."
1) Carmine only screws with you a little bit, and you mostly handle things. Her session ends, and you're onto your next client.
2) Carmine screws with you quite a bit, and by the time the session is over, you're squashed and stuck somewhere on her body. Hardly caring if you skip your shift because of it, Carmine heads out to continue her day with you still stuck to her.
3) Carmine screws with you relentlessly, trying your patience at every turn. Worse still, each time she does so, Linda is either nearby, or is quickly told by Carmine about what happens. Little by little, your boss grows more and more furious with you, ruining your reputation in her eyes.
