Who finds the pokéflute?

Since the anime didn't go over this story, I'll be doing my own thing with the Ultra Recon Squad.

Ultra Megalopolis was split about if they should stop or control Necrozma. Because of this, Captain Phyco instructed Soliera to help him learn how to gain control over Necrozma's power. Recognising the risks, he also instructed Dulse and Zossie to find a way to stop Necrozma. This is to maximise the chances of Ultra Megalopolis' survival.

Note: Elio's Pokémon will be weak against Selene's and strong against Hau's.
