Eli grabbed his phone, thumb trembling. It took three tries to unlock the screen—he kept hitting the wrong button with these stupid, dainty fingers. He finally hit Max’s contact.
Ring. Ring. Ring—
“Yo.” Max’s voice, low and deadpan. “We gaming or what this afternoon?”
Eli had completely forgotten about their plans. He opened his mouth. Nothing came out but breathy silence.
“Eli? Why are you breathing like they’re about to pounce me in a porn video?”
“Max,” Eli said, trying not to squeak, “don’t freak out.”
“Wait, who's this? Why do you sound like a phone sex operator who just snorted helium?”
“It’s me,” Eli hissed. “It’s Eli, okay? I—look, just shut up and come over. Right now. Bring, like, snacks and maybe a tranquilizer.”
There was a pause.
Then Max said, “...This better not be some weird trap where you’re secretly a chick catfishing me into some sex thing. Well, now that I think about it--”
Eli groaned. “Just get over here!”
Ten minutes later, Max burst in, hoodie unzipped, hair sticking up like he’d run through a wind tunnel. And then he saw her—Eli, pacing around the room in Sabrina Cross’s bombshell body, wearing a hoodie that barely covered the top of her thighs.
Max’s jaw dropped.
“…Okay. I approve of the prank," he said, peering around the room trying to see where Eli was hiding. "So, Sabrina... are you here to give me a kiss or something? Is this a birthday thing? A dare?”
“It’s not a prank!” Eli snapped. “This is me! I turned into Sabrina Cross!”
Max blinked. “You’re telling me you—you—turned into the hottest girl at school, the one you’ve had a crush on since sixth grade, using, what, the power of horny science?”
“Yes!”
Max paused. “...How big are they?”
Eli stared.
“I mean, if it’s for research purposes—”
Eli yanked up the hoodie, exposing his bare chest beneath. “You tell me!”
Max stared at the pair of perfect, gravity-defying tits like a man seeing God.
“Holy shit.”
“Right?!”
Max shook his head. “Okay, okay. What do we do? Do you switch back? Do we find Sabrina? Can you stay like this?”
Eli hesitated. “I mean… it’s not unpleasant. Just confusing. And also extremely… jiggly.”
They both stared at the mirror.
Then Max said, “So, like. Can I test something?”
Eli narrowed his eyes. “Test what?”
